Before and After School Club

The Before and After School Club has been established to offer high quality provision before and after school.  Only children registered at Ashton West End Primary Academy are eligible to attend.  

The after-school club is managed by our Pastoral Support Worker, Ms Walton. The breakfast club is managed by our learning mentor Miss Higginson and Sports coordinator, Miss Mather. For more information place contact the school office on 0161 330 4234 or email admin@awepa.org.uk

Times 

7.45am to 8:40am (Pupils are then taken to their classroom) 

3.15pm to 5:30pm (Pupils are collected from their classes)  

Fees 

All fees must be paid online through Schoolcomms at the start of each week.  Payments are to be made in advance of the sessions booked.  

Before School Club Overview 

We open at 7.45am each day. Children can arrive early and enjoy a healthy breakfast with their friends. Children get the chance to select their own breakfast, choosing from a selection of cereals and toast. We offer water or juice as a drink. We provide a variety of activities before escorting children to classes for the start of the school day. Breakfast club is free.  

After School Club Overview 

At the end of the school day (3:15pm) the key stage 1 children will be collected by the club staff and the key stage 2 children will make their own way to the club through the school. Designed to help parents balance work and family commitments we are open until 5:30pm Monday-Friday. Children will be provided with a healthy snack during that time.  

The children have opportunities each evening for outdoor play, games and activities in the school hall.
