Year 5 – 5B and 5H

Welcome to Year 5

Year 5 is the best year of primary school!

We are Miss Burgess and Mrs Hardy and will be your teachers this year. 

This term we will be going swimming so remember to bring your swimming things on a Friday (wear your costume/trunks under your uniform) and take them home again at the end of the day. 

PE is every Thursday and a full PE Kit will be needed. This should be a white T-shirt, black/blue shorts and a pair of trainers. 

Each week homework will be given out on a Friday with the expectation that it is returned for the following Wednesday at the latest. Reading books will be changed as the week progresses but I recommend bringing your book everyday just in case you have some spare time. Spellings will be tested on a Friday and new ones given out at the same time so you have a whole week to practise.
