Thank you to all the parent’s who attended our phonics drop in! The children loved having you in their phonics lesson and we hope it gave you more of an insight to how we teach reading here at Ashton West End Primary Academy. Please keep an eye on class dojo as I will be adding more videos to help you at home and we will start sending the sound blending books home this week. We will do a phonics drop in every half term so you can see your child’s progression.
